Price list validity

The prices are excluding VAT and are quoted in Euros.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes the customer's acknowledgment and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The order is considered accepted by Luxura Lab Snc upon the issuance of the order confirmation. The order confirmation will be approved by the customer either in writing or by tacit consent within 2 working days of receipt. Any changes to submitted orders will be accepted within 2 working days from the customer's receipt of our order confirmation.

Materials

The color samples of all materials are indicative and may vary in shade from batch to batch, as it is technically impossible to ensure color consistency over time. Luxura Lab Snc assumes no responsibility for any color discrepancies between the sample and the material used in product manufacturing, nor can it guarantee perfect color matching for items purchased at different times. By placing the order, the customer accepts such tolerances. The catalog images are graphic representations, printed on glossy or matte coated paper, and therefore do not constitute a color reference for printing on the materials in the collection. Additionally, the ambient images are subject to color variations due to the setting itself. To accurately evaluate color, it is advisable to request a sample.

Warnings

Luxura Lab Snc reserves the right to change the design, materials, and finishes or to remove any item from the collection whenever deemed necessary, even without prior notice. For requests for out-of-stock items, size, finish, or color variations, Luxura Lab Snc will evaluate the feasibility and communicate the costs.

Warranty

Luxura Lab Snc provides the warranty in accordance with the legal terms. Luxura Lab is not responsible for any issues arising from installation, improper use, or incorrect maintenance.

Returns and complaints

Luxura Lab Snc guarantees that its products are free from defects or faults within the specified technical characteristics and normal tolerance margins. Returns are only accepted if expressly authorized in writing and free of charge at Luxura Lab Snc's premises. Returns will not be accepted unless the original packaging, both internal and external, is intact. Complaints of any kind must be submitted in writing to the company within 8 calendar days from the delivery of the goods to the customer. After this period, if no written complaints have been received, the delivered products will be considered fully accepted.

Shipping

It is the recipient's responsibility to verify that the number of packages matches the delivery documents and that the packaging is intact and the products are undamaged. Any discrepancies in the number of packages or any damage must be immediately reported to the carrier or shipper making the delivery, no later than 7 calendar days from receipt of the goods. If no timely report is made, the customer will not be able to contest any issues with the company.

Delivery terms

The delivery date indicated in the order confirmation is purely indicative, and Luxura Lab Snc will not accept any penalties or responsibilities for delayed or failed delivery by the carrier.

Payment conditions

The payment terms and conditions are indicated in the order confirmation. Payments must be made to Luxura Lab Snc; payments made to third parties will not be recognized unless authorized in writing by Luxura Lab Snc itself. Luxura Lab Snc reserves the right to suspend deliveries if the buyer's financial conditions are such that they pose a risk to the payment outcome, and in any case, if there are delays in payments. If installment payments are agreed upon, failure to meet even a single deadline will result in the loss of the benefit of the term, and Luxura Lab Snc may demand immediate payment of the full amount. In case of non-payment of all or part of the outstanding credit, Luxura Lab Snc has the right to enforce the payment obligation or alternatively cancel the contract and request the return of the products and compensation for damages. The customer cannot suspend, delay, withhold, or offset payments, even in the case of disputes, claims, or delays in delivery by Luxura Lab Snc. Luxura Lab Snc has the right to apply payments to outstanding invoices dated earlier, plus costs and late payment interest, as specified by Legislative Decree No. 231/2002, which implements the European Parliament and Council Directive 2000/35/EC. Late payment interest will accrue from the day after the agreed payment term until Luxura Lab Snc receives the full and unconditional payment. Bank charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Retention of ownership

The transfer of ownership of the products from Luxura Lab Snc to the customer will take place upon full, irrevocable, and unconditional payment of the due amount by the customer to Luxura Lab Snc. Until full payment is made, the products remain the property of Luxura Lab Snc, subject to the terms regarding risk transfer.

Data protection

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679, we process your personal data for Luxura Lab Snc's activities related to contractual or pre-contractual matters and marketing activities if you have given us your consent. For any disputes, the competent court is the court of Venice.
